Ingredients :
1.5 liter water
1 tea spoon salt
2 Indian bay leaf
1 Laos
1/2 (500 g) Chicken
3 tea spoonBlueband margarine
Grind these following items:
1 tea spoon Black pepper
5 pieces Garlic
5 Candle Nuts
Prepare the chili sauce (Sambal): 15 pcs red chili - boiled and grinded them.
2 tea spoon of Roasted peanut - grinded them.
2 tea spoon of Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
Side Items: 150 g bean sprouts.
75 g vermicelli,wash it in the warm water to make it soft.
2 chicken eggs, boiled, cut into small pieces
2 tea spoon of Roasted peanut
75 g Cassava chips
2 tea spoon of Fried onion
1 green onion leaves cut into small pieces
1 chinese celery cut into small pieces
How to cook :
1. Boil the water with salt, indian bay leaves and galangga. Put the chicken meat, boiled them until it's tender.
2.Lift the chicken out,and then fry it until its color become yellow brown and dry it.
3. Shredded the chicken meat into small slices.
4.Stir the Blue band margarine in the frying pan and fry the spices until it smells delicious. Added the spices to the chicken broth water.
5. Reduce the heat to low and wait until it boils.
How to prepare:
1.Put the shredded chicken into small bowl and add the bean sprouts,vermicelli,and the boiled egg.
2.Pour the hot chicken broth into the bowl. Add the roasted peanuts,cassava chips, fried onion, green onion leaves, dan chinese celery.
Do not forget to serve it with our wonderful Jempol Chili Sauce.

Martabak
Martabak is indonesian tradisional food. its easy to find and delicious. below is how to make martabak.
Ingredients :
50 spring roll wrappers
1/2 lb ground beef
5 large egg
5 scallion, stalks finely chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground coriander
canola oil, for deep frying
Dipping Sauce
1 cucumber, diced
1 large carrot, diced
5 Thai chile, finely chopped
5 shallot, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
Directions
1Deep Fried Beef Rolls:.
2Brown grown beef in a skillet.
3Discard excess fat.
4Mix ground beef with chopped scallions, salt, coriander and eggs.
5Fill each spring rolls with ~ 2-3 tablespoon of the ground beef mixture.
6Fold the edges to make a rectangle shaped rolls.
7Deep fried beef rolls in oil, 2-3 minutes per side.
8Dipping Sauce:.
9Mix all ingredients together, cover with plastic wrap, chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Lamb satay is delicious, many peoples like lamb satay. but just few people know how to make it. below is recipe make lamb satay. to make lamb satay just simple;
Ingredients :
500 gr lamb meat.
bamboo skewers 20 pcs.
Cuisine :
20 pcs bird eye chili.
4 pcs kaffir lime leaves.
2 tps vinegar
4 tps soya been souce
salt
sugar

cut lamb meat 2,5x 2 x2 cm pieces. and then thread onto skewer then heat up the grill and place skewer on it. then serve with souce that make with soya been souce, bird eye chili, kaffir lime leaves, , salt, and few drops of vanegar. serve with onion chip.
